Look at our hallway! So many projects this week.... and we'd love to share them with you! First up, we have our lovely penguins. The students chose their favorite species to make. We learned about compound words and each student chose a word to break apart and illustrate. Did someone say PIZZA? After studying about equal parts and fair shares, the students created their own "pizza" to show halves. Writing about feelings was our assignment this week in our Writer's Workshop. These stories revealed a time when the students felt shy, mad, scared, happy, terrified and more!
