Happy Chinese New Year! We had fun learning about this special day. Our counselor, Mrs. Hsu, visited our class. She shared some memories and information about Chinese New Year, and showed us how to make lanterns. One of our students brought fancy red envelopes for everyone in the class! We read books about dental health this week. The students worked in groups to read fiction texts. The students then wrote their own imaginative stories about life as a tooth fairy. Math games and math stations are always fun! We are ready to celebrate Valentine's Day next week!
