make " butter" for our Thanksgiving Feast.
In Math, we've been working with our 120 charts. The students had fun putting the puzzles together. We hope you enjoyed our artwork this week! Making placemats of their families, and doing handprint turkeys resulted in some beautiful keepsakes. We had to shake the cream for quite awhile to make " butter" for our Thanksgiving Feast. We talked about what made us feel thankful. They enjoyed sitting down together for a feast. We had Pilgrims and Native Americans! As we prepared to leave for the holiday week, Mr. Koski dropped in to bring the wooden stand he created for them. We wanted a way to hang the bags that contain our storytelling kits. He showed them how he drew a plan on paper, then shopped for materials. Happy Thanksgiving!
