This week we had an interesting videoconference with NASA. We spoke with someone at the Johnson Space Center, right here in Houston. We were able to see live shots of Mission Control, and took a peek inside the International Space Station (and an American astronaut floated right by!). We have enjoyed our recent nocturnal unit, filled with fun literature about nighttime animals, and stories about things that happen in the night. Here are a few activities we did. One was a process writing piece about "something under my bed", and the other was a creative activity about Russell the Sheep.
