USA! USA! Check out this display of our American symbols. Very patriotic! They enjoyed sharing their books about the National Symbols. We also finished our books about the animal groups. We learned a lot about different kinds of animals, and they definitely had some opinions about their favorites. Have you ever wondered what "lunch in the classroom", or indoor recess or math box time looks like? Take a look! After reading about historical figures, and some inventors this week, the students designed an invention. It was fun to watch them explain their creation to friends. We loved watching the eagles this week! See last week's post for the website. All three eggs have hatched, so we are enjoying the feeding show! Here is dad on a snowy morning in Iowa.
